Thank you so much for your happiness. Really lifts me up! You know how to pick 'em. The people who are buying have been interested since last winter, but had to sell their house in the Virgin Islands. Wayne knows them and has worked with them before. He kept after them, and recently advised that I lower the price, pretty drastically, which I did, as he knows what the market will bear right now. After seeing recent solds and current comparable listings, I knew I had to follow his advice, which I was highly inclined to do anyway, but needed a bit of info to get the feel for what the market is really like now. Big shock, but Wayne reeled in the fish that have been dangling on the line. His metaphor. I told him he reeled in a tarpon, no, a tuna for me.

So relieved! So grateful! God answers all prayers in His way.
